Who we are

Ukiyo Beauty Bar (“Ukiyo”, “we”, “us”) is a beauty bar at Level 2, S Maison, Seaside Boulevard, Coral Way, Pasay, 1300 Metro Manila, Philippines. We process personal information as a personal information controller under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to take a booking, look after you in the bar, and reply to messages.

• Identity and contact details: name, mobile number and email address
• Appointment details: preferred date and time, services, notes, and optional companion details
• Visit records: booking status, walk-in entries made by our team, and aftercare follow-up
• Messages you send us on Viber, SMS, Instagram or email
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, which our hosting provider may log to keep the site running

How we use it

We use your information to confirm appointments, prepare for your visit, contact you about a change of time, and keep a simple record of treatments. Doctor-led aesthetics begin with a consultation; notes from that visit stay with our clinical team and are used only for your care.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Legal bases

We process booking and visit information because it is necessary to provide the service you requested. We keep a limited record of appointments for our legitimate interest in running the bar safely and fairly. Where the law requires consent (for example, optional marketing), we will ask you first.

Sharing and storage

Bookings submitted on this website are stored with our hosting and database providers so the team can see them in the admin diary. We may also share details with a licensed doctor involved in your treatment, or if the law requires it.

We keep appointment records for as long as needed to complete your visit and handle aftercare (including the free lash fix within 3 days and premium retouch within 7 days), then for a reasonable period in case of follow-up questions, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or limit certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You may also request a copy of the information you provided to us.

To exercise these rights, email hello@ukiyobeautybar.ph or message us on Viber. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

Children

Mini Mani Magic is offered for children 7 years old and below, booked by a parent or guardian. We collect only the details needed for that appointment.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the revised policy.
