This site is provided by Ukiyo Beauty Bar for information about our menus, packages and hours, and for requesting an appointment. Content is for general guidance; it is not medical advice. Doctor-led treatments are confirmed only after a consultation in person.
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access the admin area without authorisation, or copy our menus, photographs or branding for commercial use without permission.
Online requests are reservations, not guaranteed until our team confirms. Walk-ins are welcome when a seat is open. No deposit is required to book.
Please arrive about 10 minutes early. If your plans change, let us know at least a few hours ahead and we will happily move your slot. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean we ask you to rebook in person.
Menu prices are in Philippine pesos and may change. Doctor-led procedures (including Rejuran, NCTF, Botox and mesolipo) are starting points; your doctor confirms the plan and final cost during the consult.
Packages and pairings are as described on the Nails & Lashes menu. Aroma scrub choices on pamper packages are Milk Honey, Almond, Peppermint or Lavender, subject to availability.
Free lash fix within 3 days and free premium retouch within 7 days, as noted on the menu. Keep new lashes dry for 24 hours. For nail chips or lifting, message us and we will sort a quick repair where we can.
Please tell us about allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions or medicines that may affect a treatment. We may decline or postpone a service if it is not suitable. Aesthetics treatments are performed by a licensed doctor after you have had a chance to ask questions and agree to the plan.
We take care with hygiene and technique. Except where Philippine law does not allow it, Ukiyo is not responsible for indirect or unforeseen losses arising from use of the website, or for results that differ from typical outcomes after a treatment you consented to.
The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or hosting issues.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the courts of Metro Manila, unless a mandatory consumer venue applies.
